1. Verify the breeder before anything else
Legitimate breeders generally welcome video calls, photos of the parents, and questions about how their puppies are raised. If a seller pressures you to send a deposit before you have seen the puppy live on video, treat that as a strong reason to slow down. 2. Expected US price ranges
General market guidance, not our pricing: prices vary widely between breeders, so compare what each price includes (records, guarantee, delivery) rather than relying on a single quoted range.

3. Health records you should receive
Vet-signed vaccination and deworming records, health guarantee in writing, parent health testing where applicable, and microchip information. See our health guarantee.
4. Safe transport options
We use two options: personal ground delivery, or an in-cabin flight nanny where the puppy travels in the cabin. We do not use unaccompanied cargo transport for our puppies. If another seller offers cargo shipping, ask what alternatives they can arrange.
5. Regional notes
Chihuahuas are small and thin-coated, so in cold-weather states many owners plan for indoor potty pads and a puppy sweater, and in hot states for air conditioning during peak afternoons. Whichever region you live in, ask for the same standards of paperwork and transport.
